Windhill Goldens is a small, family run kennel in Northern Minnesota, just south of Bemidji. Because Golden Retrievers are one of the finest family dogs available, we strive to breed quality Goldens, true to breed standards, while keeping costs affordable enough for families.

Our AKC registered Goldens have field, obedience, and conformation champions in their bloodlines, no health problems, and continue to have rave reviews from previous buyers.

We keep only two Goldens at a time as our own family pets. They spend a portion of every day on beautiful Lake Plantagenet, retrieving sticks and balls, and enjoying our rural northwoods property. Their puppies receive lots of 1:1 attention and socializing with our family of three young adult kids, their friends, and adoring neighborhood children. Our dogs remain active with obedience training and socialization with other dogs through local obedience training organzations.
